This Privacy Policy explains how COR-SOFTWARE LLC (USREOU code: 44812910, registered at: 12 Anton Tsedika Street, 03057, Kyiv, Ukraine) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the EtLife mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to ensuring your privacy and data security.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT To provide you with the core functionality of EtLife (creating and managing family biographies, memories, and personal archives), we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect mandatory information, including your full name, email address, and gender.
• User-Generated Content: You may voluntarily upload and save media to your profile. This includes photos, videos, audio recordings, documents, and files. This data is collected solely at your discretion to build your personal or family archive.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We use the information we collect strictly for the following purposes:

• To create, authenticate, and manage your user account.
• To provide the App’s core functionality, which is securely storing, displaying, and organizing your personal memories, biographies, and media files.

We do not use your data for advertising purposes, nor do we track your device’s precise location (GPS), health data, or biometric information.

3. DATA SHARING AND THIRD PARTIES We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or uploaded media to third parties. Your data is stored securely on our servers to ensure cross-device access to your account. All your personal data is stored and processed on a server physically owned by COR-SOFTWARE LLC.
4. DATA RETENTION Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.
5. DATA DELETION REQUEST You have the full right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. If you wish to request the complete deletion of your account, your personal information, and all media files you have uploaded to EtLife, you can do so by contacting our support team. To initiate the deletion process, please send an email request from the email address associated with your account to: cor-id_assistance@cor-int.com. Upon receiving your request, we will deactivate or delete your account and all associated personal information and files from our active databases.
6. SECURITY We have implemented appropriate organizational and technical security measures to protect your personal information and media files from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, please note that no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
   
   8. CHILD SAFETY AND USER CONDUCT EtLife strictly prohibits the uploading, storing, sharing, or distribution of any content that exploits or abuses children, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any user found violating this policy will have their account immediately terminated, and their data will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
